Upper West Side Residential Terrace

This 520 square foot private residential terrace calls the Upper West Side home. It was designed as a meadow garden in the sky. This included working with a structural engineer to install a custom metal pergola. While it took some time and effort to get it approved by the senior board and management company, the result was worthwhile.
