Tribeca Residential Rooftop

This redesign of a 550 square foot rooftop was designed for a NYC business man splitting time between NY and California. The design focused on accentuating the amazing views of downtown Tribeca by elevating the existing terrace, to maximize views of the Hudson River as well as the skyline. We split the private rooftop into two levels and is designed to feel like an outdoor living room; complete with an outdoor TV, custom furniture, a fireplace, outdoor kitchen and terrace string lights.
