Tribeca Three-Story Penthouse

This Tribeca triplex has a Roof Terrace, an Upper Terrace, and a smaller Lower Terrace, totaling 1100 square feet. It was designed for a young on-the-go international couple who were interested in having a variety of outdoor rooms to extend their living space. Included in the design was an outdoor spa, a grill, and a custom pergola with a built-in fire pit. The project was completed in 2017.
