Lower East Side Residential Rooftop

This 575 square foot roof terrace was designed for a young Swedish businessman. At the top of a townhouse, the garden was designed to include a dry sauna, an outdoor shower, and a customized bench. The design included a multitude of materials including IPE, 3form, cement boards, and bluestone. The roof itself was reinforced with structural steel to make this vision possible.
