NYC GARDEN MAINTENANCE

• ECLLD provides: garden maintenance in NYC for residential terraces, backyards, common roofs, and commercial spaces.

• Customizable maintenance plans: to accommodate your garden’s and your budget’s needs. Monthly visits are recommended, but we can visit biweekly, quarterly, or simply to open your garden in the spring and winterize it in the winter.

• Flexible scheduling: to ensure your garden gets the care it needs all year long even if access is limited.

• Routine maintenance: includes cleaning up all leaves and debris, removing any weeds, removing dead leaves, deadheading flowers, pruning all plants as needed, and adding fertilizer as needed.

• Seasonal Plantings: spring annuals, May “hot-house” hydrangeas, summer annuals, fall annuals, fall decor, winter decor, and spring-blooming bulbs (planted in the fall) are all available as desired and can be incorporated into a regular maintenance visit.

• Perennials, Shrubs, and Trees: if anything needs to be replaced or you’d simply like to refresh your garden with some new plants, we source high-quality material from wholesale nurseries far out on Long Island and bring them right to your garden in New York City.

• Holistic Plant Treatment: we’ve worked closely with our Holistic Plant-Treatment Specialist in recent years to provide potent, targeted, and, most importantly, safe and environmentally friendly treatments for insect infestations, disease, or simply to give your soil a nutritional boost that will revitalize the existing plants and help protect them through the winter.

• Garbage Removal: we can remove all our own garbage if desired or leave it on site or with your building if approved.

• Plant Guarantee: we guarantee new plantings (excluding seasonal plantings) for one growing season (April-November) with our maintenance contract and regular visits by a professional irrigation company (ECLLD or other). Plants will be replaced for just the cost of labor. Does not include damage from “Acts of God” such as fire, flood, storms, etc.

 IRRIGATION AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE

• Specialized Technicians: we employ experienced Lighting & Irrigation Technicians who are capable of maintaining a wide array of existing irrigation systems.

• Maintenance: our technicians are available for irrigation openings, monthly maintenance visits to check and adjust your system(s), and winterization services.

• Troubleshooting: our technicians have the knowledge and experience to find and repair irrigation-related issues before they cause any damage to your landscape. We use high-quality parts and timers to ensure your system is up-to-date and working properly.

• Flexible Scheduling: we can work with your busy schedule to take care of any irrigation or lighting needs quickly and effectively, whether it’s for routine adjustments, minor repairs, or an emergency visit.

• Lighting Maintenance: both our gardeners and technicians are able to handle items such as replacement bulbs, replacement fixtures, and minor repairs.
